A Slapsticks Funny Fundraiser comedy night June 22 will be benefit the Maridon Museum.

The show will feature Bill Benden, Quinn Patterson and Tom Musial.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. followed by a buffet dinner at 6 p.m. and the show at 7:30 p.m. at the General Butler Vagabonds hall, 138 Whitestown Road, Lyndora.

Tickets are $36 in advance and $40 at the door.

Seating is limited, and reservations are required by calling 724-282-0123.

A Build a Bar raffle is planned, wherein those donating a bottle of wine or spirits or a six-pack of beer will receive a raffle ticket. Raffle tickets also will be available at the event.

Those attending must be age 21.

FRANKLIN TWP — The Big Butler Parts-A-Rama Auto Swap Meet takes place Friday through Sunday at the Big Butler Fair Grounds. Gates open at 7 a.m.Planned activities include a swap meet, car corral, car show and truck pull.Visit www.bigbutlerpartsarama.com.

CONNOQUENESSING TWP — The first Rib and Music Fest is planned for 5 to 11 p.m. Friday, noon to 11 p.m. Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Butler Farm Show grounds.Live music from tribute bands playing Van Morrison, Def Leppard and more will be featured.The fest organizers and the Butler County Tourism & Convention Bureau also invited cooks from the reality television show “Pitmasters,” that aired on TLC between 2009 to 2010 before moving to Destination America between 2012 until its finale in 2015.Festival goers will be invited to vote on their favorite ribs.Admission is free, however, paid parking will be available.
