CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.

Rene Kostosky, 50, of Aliquippa, waived to court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, DUI: general impairment of driving safely, failure to stop at a red signal and improper left turn. Charges were filed April 11 by Cranberry Township police.

Michael D. Witiman, 41, of Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed April 26.

Luc D. Lachance, 23, of Portersville, waived to court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense and DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense. Charges were filed March 1 by Evans City Seven Fields Regional police.

Eric E. Wobb, 58, of Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, following too closely and careless driving. Charges were filed March 28 by Cranberry Township police.

John M. Panyi, 42, of Pittsburgh, waived to court a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed Feb. 21 by Cranberry Township police.

Kenneth Stroup, 63, of Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense and accident involving damage to unattended property. Charges were filed March 19 by Cranberry Township police.

Quentavious Price, 32, of Lithonia, Ga., waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit forgery, conspiracy to use an access device, 22 counts of forgery, 22 counts of using an access device, conspiracy to commit theft by lawful taking, conspiracy to commit theft by deception, receiving stolen property, false identification and possession of an instrument of crime. Charges were filed May 2 by Cranberry Township police.

Lauren J. Leone, 34, of Beaver, waived to court charges of receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking and possession of a controlled substance. Charges were filed Aug. 21 by Cranberry Township police.

Craig Trautman, 41, of Pittsburgh, waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed March 27 by Cranberry Township police.

Xavier Ferguson, 24, of Jonesboro, Ga., waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit forgery, conspiracy to use an access device, 22 counts of forgery, 22 counts of using an access device, conspiracy to commit theft by lawful taking, conspiracy to commit theft by deception, receiving stolen property, false identification and possession of an instrument of crime. Charges were filed May 2 by Cranberry Township police.

Jason R. Starr, 20, of Mars, waived to court charges of forgery, identity theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed March 22 by Cranberry Township police.

Tiffany Knight, 27, of Pittsburgh, waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Jan. 15 by Cranberry Township police.

J. Salome Ramirez-Linares, 44, of Wexford, waived to court a charge of DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense. The charge was filed July 28, 2017 by Cranberry Township police.

Justin Colamarino, 29, of Vandergrift, was held for court on a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed Aug. 14, 2018 by Evans City Seven Fields Regional police.

Melissa N. McCoy, 43, of Aliquippa, was held for court on charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed March 20 by Cranberry Township police.

Samantha N. Pasciolla, 22, of New Castle, waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit theft and theft by unlawful taking. Charges of conspiracy to receive stolen property and receiving stolen property were withdrawn. Charges were filed Feb. 22 by Cranberry Township police.

Joseph Germanoski, 31, of Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit theft and theft by unlawful taking. Charges of conspiracy to receive stolen property and receiving stolen property were withdrawn. Charges were filed Feb. 22 by Cranberry Township police.

Tyre P. Patterson, 40, of New Castle, waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit theft and theft by unlawful taking. Charges of conspiracy to receive stolen property and receiving stolen property were withdrawn. Charges were filed Feb. 22 by Cranberry Township police.

Gwen Dush, 63, of Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed April 16 by Cranberry Township police.

Tyler L. Collins, 26, of Lake Milton, Ohio, waived to court charges of false insurance claim and theft by deception. Charges were filed Feb. 21 by the Office of the Attorney General.

Ryan J. Horan, 23, of Monroeville, waived to court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, DUI: general impairment of driving safely, accident involving damage to attended property and following too closely. Charges were filed April 8 by Evans City Seven Fields Regional police.
