Dozens get prepared for A Night to Remember
CRANBERRY TWP - Dozens of participants in Sunday's A Night to Remember event got ready earlier in the day for a night of fun.
Several of the roughly 400 participants with special needs got ready at the Regional Learning Alliance in Cranberry Woods, where a juggler on stilts, magicians and a handful of Disney Princesses entertained those gathered.
They then climbed into their limousines for the ride to a red carpet arrival at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. A sit down dinner, entertainment and a night of dancing awaited the guests there.
Volunteers from multiple salons did hair, makeup and nails for the girls who attended. The formal event has been sponsored for the past 7 years by Discovery Christian Church in Cranberry Township.
