Lee Roy and Sara Ann Schnell

Lee Roy and Sara Ann Schnell of Bruin celebrated 60 years of marriage with a family dinner May 5 at Anna Marie’s Winery & Cafe, 790 East Butler Road, East Butler.

Schnell married the former Sara Ann Vensel on May 8, 1959, at Chicora Methodist Church in Chicora.

They have four children, Dexter Schnell of Butler, Valerie Paganelli of Butler, Carla Jack of Parker and Misty Black of Butler.

They also have six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Schnell retired from the Witco refinery after 40 years.

Mrs. Schnell is a housewife.

The Schnells are members of Karns City Methodist Church.
