Nickerson, 51, of Renfrew was cited for speeding after rear-ending a Honda HR-V with her Toyota Sienna on Evans City Road east of Whitestown Road in Connoquenessing Township.The vehicle Nickerson hit was driven by Jennifer L. Craig, 51, of Butler. Craig had an 11-year-old girl as a passenger.None of the three people involved were injured.5:36 p.m. April 26 — Allyse J. Shields, 19, of Slippery Rock rear-ended her Chevrolet Colorado into a Kia Optima driven by Christine L. Kriebel, 31, of Slippery Rock on Main Street Extension in Center Township.Police reported that the accident was due to poor road conditions.

State Police, Franklin9:03 p.m. Thursday — Andrew Kubiczki, 27, of Pittsburgh hit a deer while driving his Chevrolet Silverado east on I-80 in Scrubgrass Township, Venango County.Colliding with the deer left Kubiczki’s car disabled in the median, but he was uninjured.

State Police, Clarion2:55 p.m. Tuesday — Police are seeking information about a man who a Clarion woman says exposed himself to her in a parking lot on the 800 block of S. Fifth Avenue in Clarion. The man asked the woman for directions to New Bethlehem, then called her over to his car after she helped him. When she returned, he had his pants and underwear down to his knees. The man was driving a red Misubishi Outlander with the Pennsylvania license plate JTS9711. The man was black.Those with information can contact police at 814-226-1710.
