CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.

William D. Phillips, 46, of Akron, Ohio, waived for court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to receive stolen property. Charges were filed Jan. 30 by Cranberry Township police.

Lisa Finn, 44, of Akron, Ohio, waived for court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to receive stolen property. Charges were filed Jan. 30 by Cranberry Township police.

William M. Hurley, 54, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense and DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense. Charges were filed Nov. 29 by Cranberry Township police.
