District Judge Wayne SeibleEVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.Brittany Anne Lang, 32, of Harmony waived charges of DUI and careless driving. Charges were filed March 13 by Lancaster Township police.Adam Lloyd Brown, 52, of Churchill, Pa. waived charges of strangulation, assault and harassment. Charges were filed April 3 by state police.Benjamin Stephen Vavick, 23, of Pittsburgh waived charges of DUI, harassment, careless driving and following too closely. Charges were filed April 14 by Adams Township police.Paul John Weaver, 33, of Pittsburgh waived charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility. Charges were filed July 18 by Adams Township police. Sherriad Surrena III of Jamestown, N.Y., waived charges of bad checks. Charges were filed Feb. 27.
