Regarding “DUI driver receives sentence; Woman injured in crash speaks out” (April 12), the only thing left out was an all-day pass to Kennywood.

If you take out ARD, time served and probation, the courthouse might as well shut down. It’s like a revolving door for criminals. The only one serving a term is the woman whose car the DUI driver hit. That sentence is a slap in the face to law-abiding citizens.

You got two choices to collecting the fine and restitution from this offender. One choice is slim and the other is none.
