Sentencing Court

Judge William Shaffer handed down the following sentences on Thursday.

Deborah Marietta Flint, 31, of Kittanning was sentenced to six months of probation for driving under the influence. Flint must also pay a $1,000 fine and serve 75 hours of community service. Flint pleaded guilty on March 13 and was charged on Dec. 19, 2017.

Dana Eugene Martin III, 23, of Chicora was sentenced to 90 to 270 days in jail followed by 51 months of probation for driving under the influence. Martin must also pay a $1,500 fine and serve 100 hours of community service. Martin pleaded guilty on March 13 and was charged on Feb. 20, 2018.

Nicholas Ryan Rowland, 33, of Eau Claire was sentenced to six to 23-and-a-half months in jail and must pay a $100 fine for terroristic threats and harassment. He received credit for time already served. Rowland pleaded guilty on March 13 and was charged on Nov. 18.

James Clifford Davidson, 33, of New Castle was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail, two years of intermediate punishment with the first year on house arrest for driving under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child. Davidson must also pay a $1,000 fine and serve 60 hours of community service.

Sarah Ann Trumphour, 30, of Sharon was sentenced to six to 12 months in jail and two years of probation for forgery. She pleaded guilty on April 8 and was charged on Oct. 12, 2018.

Jeffrey Elliott Brown, 24, of Butler was sentenced to 20 months of probation for simple assault and reckless endangerment. Brown pleaded guilty on March 13 and was charged on Aug. 13.

Nicole Marie Fotta, 33, of Valencia must pay a $100 fine for disorderly conduct. She pleaded guilty on March 18 and was charged on Oct. 2.

Joseph Eugene John, 29, of Butler was sentenced to two years of intermediate punishment with the first 14 days on house arrest for driving under the influence. John must also pay a $1,000 fine and serve 100 hours of community service. He pleaded guilty on Jan. 16 and was charged on July 23.

Lisa S. Preston, 50, of Parker was sentenced to two years of probation for resisting arrest and possessing drug paraphernalia. Preston pleaded guilty on March 4 and was charged on Nov. 23.

Polito Terrence Ramsey, 30, of Butler was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment with the first year on house arrest for driving under the influence and presenting false identification to law enforcement. Ramsey must also pay a $2,600 fine and serve 150 hours of community service.

Ronald Paul Roberts, 56, of Butler was sentenced to 36 months of probation for theft and must pay $1,878.71 in restitution. Roberts pleaded guilty on March 13 and was charged on May 17, 2018.

Chelsie Rae Stewart, 26, of McKeesport was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail for driving under the influence. Receiving credit for time already served, she was immediately paroled. Stewart must also pay a $1,000 fine and serve 60 hours of community service. She pleaded guilty on May 18, 2018, and was charged on Nov. 17, 2017.
