Drug task force arrests one, seizes over 200 stamp bags of suspected heroin and other drugs

Bundles of stamp bags containing suspected heroin was some of the items seized by the Butler County Drug Task Force during a warrant search Tuesday at a Middlesex Township home.

MIDDLESEX TWP — A Tuesday afternoon drug bust netted county narcotics officers hundreds of stamp bags of suspected heroin, dozens of pills, more than $1,200 in currency and other contraband from a home on Virginia Street, authorities said.

David R. Tuszynski, 40, who lives there, was arrested and he remains in the Butler County Prison on $50,000 bail.

District Judge Wayne Seibel arraigned Tuszynski on two felony charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and two misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance.
