District Judge David KovachCRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.Eric Rager, 36, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Jan. 2 by Cranberry Township police.Mateo Gomez, 24, of Cranberry Township was held for court on charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense and driving without a license. Charges were filed Nov. 8 by Cranberry Township police.Daniel V. Vicario, 24, of Cranberry Township waived to court 15 counts of manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver, two counts of criminal use of a communication facility, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed May 16, 2018, by the Office of the Attorney General.Matthew T. Leonard, 37, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of intercept communications, criminal use of a communication facility, and two counts of invasion of privacy. Charges were filed Feb. 5 by Cranberry Township police.Nicole M. District Judge Wayne SeibelEVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.Robert James Wilson, 55, of Braddock waived to court charges of forgery, counterfeit checks and theft by deception. Charges were filed July 25 by Adams Township Police.Jennifer Renee Vandervort, 38, of Dayton, Pa., waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, DUI, disregarding a traffic lane, careless driving and speeding. Charges were filed Feb. 4 by state police.Ryan Craig Welsh, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, disregarding a traffic lane and speeding. Charges were filed Jan. 9 by state police.Richard Bruce Lansberry, 48, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI. Charges were filed by Adams Township Police.
