PITTSBURGHThe U.S. premiere of “Mumburger,” a play by former Butler resident Sarah Kosar, is running through Saturday on the Carnegie Stage, 25 W. Main St., Carnegie. In her surreal play about grief, parenting, and alternative meat, Kosar asks how far we can be pushed by love and obligation. Tickets are $5 to $35. More information is available at sarahkosar.net.“Prodigal Sons” by playwright Jeannie Allen of Valencia will be staged at 1 p.m. March 24 at First Presbyterian Church of Pittsburgh, 320 Sixth Ave. “Prodigal Sons” is a modern day musical drama of a father’s redemptive love.
