Wood VFW in Emlenton was charged with a violation for allegedly failing to maintain records between Jan. 30, 2018 and Jan. 29, 2019, according to a news release.The charges will be brought before an administrative law judge, who could impose monetary penalties up to $5,000, impose a license suspension or revoke the post’s license. The judge could also mandate training for the post to educate employees on the requirements of holding a liquor license, the release said.
