Judge William Shaffer handed down the following sentences on Thursday.

Joshua Jacob Wallis, 28, of Butler was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment for driving under the influence. He must also pay a $2,500 fine and serve 150 hours of community service. Wallis was charged on Nov. 14 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 11.

Melinda Ann Anderson, 41, of Lyndora was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment for driving under the influence. Anderson must also pay a fine of $1,000 and serve 60 hours of community service. Anderson was charged on Oct. 29 and pleaded guilty on Jan. 28.

Deonta Dux, 19, of Michigan was sentenced to three to six months in jail and two-and-a-half years of probation for receiving stolen property. He received credit for time already served, allowing him to be immediately paroled. Dux was charged on Dec. 3 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 5.

Chassidie Anne Eichenauer, 36, of Butler was sentenced to two years of probation and must pay the state $8,601 for two counts of fraudulently obtaining food-stamps. Eichenauer was charged on June 13 and pleaded guilty to the charges on Feb. 13.

Julie Ann Grapes, 46, of Grove City was sentenced to two years of intermediate punishment and must serve 25 hours of community service for a conspiracy charge of endangering the welfare of children. Grapes pleaded guilty on Feb. 13.

Carl Eugene Collins, 53, of Butler was sentenced to one to two years in jail for receiving stolen property. For time already served, Collins was immediately paroled. Collins pleaded guilty Oct. 29 and was charged on Nov. 6, 2017.

Janice Lynn Cercone, 37, of Canfield, Ohio, was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment and 90 days on house arrest for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Cercone must also pay a $2,000 fine and serve 60 hours of community service. Cercone was charged on March 26, 2018, and pleaded guilty on Nov. 19.

Andrew Thomas Halaburka, 27, of Homestead was sentenced to 12 months of intermediate punishment for a false report — falsely incriminating another person. Halaburka was charged on Sept. 4 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 13.

Andrew Jonathan Henry, 21, of Butler was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment and must serve 60 hours of community service for driving under the influence. Henry must also pay a fine of $750. Henry was charged on Nov. 8 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 11.

Justin Richard Henry, 39, of Grove City was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment, a fine and 60 hours of community service for driving under the influence and careless driving. He was charged on Dec. 9 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 11.

Mark Wallace Holmes Jr., 33, of Butler was sentenced to one year of probation and 60 days of house arrest for an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle and driving with a suspended license. Holmes must also pay a $1,700 fine. He was charged on Sept. 17 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 13.

Corey Moore, 44, of Mercer was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment for driving under the influence. Moore must also pay a $2,500 fine and serve 50 hours of community service. Moore was charged on Aug. 28 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 13.

Wayne Edward Nicklas, 71, of Evans City was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment and 90 days of house arrest and must pay a $1,500 fine for driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a suspended license. Nicklas was charged on Aug. 31 and pleaded guilty on Jan. 28.

Bernard Allen Robinson, 58, of Coalport was sentenced to three to six months in jail and six months of probation for possessing drug paraphernalia. Robinson was immediately paroled. Robinson was charged on Jan. 29 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 14.

William Steven Stuteville, 29, of Butler was sentenced to 21 to 48 months in state prison for receiving stolen property. He was charged on May 18 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 14.

Jason Michael Roccia, 31, of Evans City was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment for driving under the influence. Roccia must also pay a $1,000 fine and serve 60 hours of community service.

William R. Moriarty, 47, of Cranberry was sentenced to one year of probation for simple assault. He was charged on Aug. 8 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 13.
