Cycling toward better health
Butler YMCA Executive Director Sandra Ihlenfeld heads up a group cycling class Thursday evening at the North Washington Street facility. More than a dozen students biked their way to better health during the 45-minute workout. The YMCA offers four different types of cycling classes throughout the week.
