Joseph and Jacquelyn Gray announced on Wednesday that they have an "agreement of sale" to buy the former Friedman's Freshmarkets grocery store at 122. W. Brady St.

The sellers are Carole Friedman Bitter and Nancy Friedman Crerar of Harold Friedman Inc.

After renovations, Gateway Engineering's offices will move to the building from their current location on Main Street. The Grays said Gateway has outgrown that building.

The Grays did not divulge the selling price, or the estimated renovation costs.

Renovations are expected to begin in May.
