Bennett Thrash and Jerome Oliver each scored goals for the Butler hockey team, but the Golden Tornado fell to North Allegheny, 5-2, Monday night.

Butler (5-11) led 1-0 on the Thrash goal off an assist by Troy Gilliland, but North Allegheny (14-4) drew even four minutes later on a goal by Aaron Miller.

Oliver's goal made it 2-2 before Tyler Putnam closed the scoring with three consecutive goals for a hat trick.

Connor Strobel stopped 31 shots in goal for the Golden Tornado.
