Cindy Ann Richter, 59, of Portersville waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, disregarding lane and operating vehicle without inspection filed Nov. 1 by state police.

Scott Leonard Moyer, 30, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding lane and careless driving filed Sept. 29 by state police.

Amanda Leann Rudisille, 28, of Seneca waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding lane and careless driving filed Sept. 29 by state police.

Michael Allen Galbraith, 30, of Detroit waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right and disregarding lane filed Dec. 16 by state police.

Joseph Robert Brandon, 31, of Butler, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and DUI filed Sept. 24 by state police.

Zachariah David Baker, 30, of Erie, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and two lane violations filed Oct. 21 by state police.

Jakob Todd Law, 19, of Union City, Erie County, waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, DUI, failure to keep right, speeding, careless driving and failure to use safety belt filed Nov. 23 by state police.

Alan Gerald Coast Jr., 35, of Slippery Rock waived to court a retail theft charge filed Nov. 30 by Slippery Rock Borough police.

Gregory John Geibel, 43, of Slippery Rock was held for court on a forgery charge filed March 23, 2017, by Slippery Rock Borough police.

BUTLER TWP — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Kevin O’Donnell.

Jerold L. Dambaugh, 71, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and careless driving and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $481. Charges were filed by Butler Township police.

Tera L. Callihan, 33, of Chicora, waived to court charges of theft by deception, false ID to law enforcement, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia filed Jan. 9 by Butler Township police.

Rodrichard R. Walker, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving filed Oct. 10 by Butler Township police.

Kenneth J. Kelminsky, 28, of Renfrew waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property filed Oct. 4 by Butler Township police. He also waived to court charges of possessing an instrument of crime and retail theft filed Oct. 4 by Butler Township police.

Willie E. Jones III, 39, of Liberty, Ohio, waived to court charges of tampering with evidence and false ID to law enforcement filed Jan. 16 by Butler Township police.
