CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.

Brandon T. Colella, 39, of Bethel Park, waived for court a charge of bad checks. The charge was filed Aug. 15 by Cranberry Township police.

Daniel C. Caldwell, 29, of Callery, waived for court a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed Oct. 31 by Cranberry Township police.

Leann C. Wiland, 29, of Seven Fields, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol and disregarding traffic lanes. Charges were filed Nov. 8 by Cranberry Township police.

Kyle K. Ficklin, 25, of Slippery Rock, waived for court a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed Oct. 31 by Cranberry Township police.

Donald Stevens, 45, of Cranberry Township, waived for court two counts of conspiracy to manufacture, deliver or possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver; manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance; conspiracy to use/possess drug paraphernalia; and use/possession of drug paraphernalia; endangering the welfare of children; and corruption of minors. Charges of conspiracy to endanger the welfare of children and conspiracy to corrupt minors were withdrawn. Charges were filed Nov. 27 by the Office of the Attorney General and Cranberry Township police.

Carol A. Rymer, 57, of Vandergrift, waived for court charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft. Charges were filed Oct. 9 by Cranberry Township police.

David W. Long, 56, of Vandergrift, waived for court charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft. Charges were filed Oct. 9 by Cranberry Township police.

Bobbi Stiteler, 21, of Etna, waived for court charges of retail theft conspiracy to commit retail theft. Charges were filed Oct. 9 by Cranberry Township police.
