Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Orchestra will give a free concert at 2 p.m. Feb. 16 at Heinz Hall, 600 Penn Ave. The 85 musicians will perform selections including “Mother Goose Suite” by Maurice Ravel and “Enigma Variations” by Edward Elgar. Tickets are free but must be downloaded at www.pyso.org.
