BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin P. O’Donnell recently heard the following cases.

Jeanie A. Maffei, 63, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI. The charge was filed Sept. 21 by state police.

Michael G. Watt, 42, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and public drunkenness. Charges were filed Oct. 1 by Butler Township police.

Nathan J. Vanderzee, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness. Charges were filed Oct. 1 by Butler Township police.

Jennifer A. Young, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a prohibited offensive weapon, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to notify change of address. Charges were filed Sept. 12 by Butler Township police.

Mark W. Holmes, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Sept. 17 by Butler Township police. He also waived to court charges filed the same day by Butler Township police of accident involving damage, harassment, damage to unattended vehicle, failure to stop and give information or render aid, reckless driving and DUI.

Jessica L. Lewis, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Oct. 1 by Butler Township police.

Ryan M. Roth, 33, of Prospect waived to court a charge of theft by unlawful taking. The charge was filed Oct. 1 by Butler Township police.

Rossalyn M. Brace, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Aug. 14 by Butler Township police.

Percy B. Guilky, 50, Nikole O. Tarr, 48, and Richard A. Stepp, 38, all of Butler waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy to commit theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Aug. 14 by Butler Township police.

Brandi N. Tebay, 34, of Glenshaw pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and criminal trespass. She must pay court costs, fines and restitution of $632.09. Charges were filed Oct. 29 by Butler Township police.

Cody J. Wyckoff, 20, of Trafford waived to court charges of DUI, purchase of alcohol by a minor, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving. Charges were filed Sept. 11 by state police.

Derek J. Ezatoff, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Sept. 10 by Butler Township police.

David W. Beattie, 34, of Lower Burrell waived to court charges of DUI, driving while license suspended, careless driving, following too closely, disregarding traffic lane and operating a vehicle without valid inspection. Charges were filed Aug. 8 by Butler Township police.

Jorge L. Perez Burgoz, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed Oct. 11 by Butler Township police.

Melissa A. Confer, 28, of Karns City was held for court on charges of materially false written statement; purchase, delivery or transfer of firearm; and statement under penalty. Charges were filed Sept. 12 by Butler Township police.

Christopher W. Thompson, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance and careless driving. Charges were filed Sept. 12 by Butler Township police.

Heather A. Kuhrt, 34, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Sept. 18 by Butler Township police.

Scott A. Simek, 33, of Ford City waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy to commit theft. Charges were filed Oct. 29 by Butler Township police.

Robert A. Schafer, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by deception and criminal conspiracy to commit theft by deception. Charges were filed Aug. 31 by Butler Township police.

Aaron J. Burd, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Charges were filed Sept. 28 by the Butler County Sheriff’s office.

Arthur W. Kaufman, 49, of Clarion waived to court charges of theft of services, theft by failure to make required disposition of funds and abandoning a vehicle on private property. Charges were filed Oct. 23 by Butler Township police.

Thomas P. Romspert, 26, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and criminal trespass. Charges were filed April 30 by Butler Township police.

Ryan Z. Wilson, 27, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Sept. 25 by Butler Township police.

Garrett S. Barnes, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and driving under suspension. Charges were filed Nov. 21 by Butler Township police.

Tyler J. Vaughan, 24, of Petrolia waived to court charges of theft of leased property and statement under penalty. Charges were filed Nov. 2 by Butler Township police.

Everett A. Croyle, 23, of Cowansville waived to court a charge of statement under penalty. The charge was filed Nov. 16 by Butler Township police.

Karen C. Bryan, 51, of New Bethlehem waived to court a charge of DUI. The charge was filed Nov. 2 by Butler Township police.

Joshua J. White, 30, of Lyndora waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief. Charges were filed Oct. 25 by Butler Township police.

Michael J. Young, 43, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed Nov. 20 by Butler Township police.

Tyler W. Henderson, 31, of Columbus, Ohio, waived to court a charge of possession with intent to deliver. The charge was filed Nov. 30 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Scott A. Locke, 47, of Prospect waived to court charges of delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver. Charges were filed Nov. 28 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Charles J. Smouse, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by deception and criminal conspiracy. Charges were filed Oct. 25 by Butler Township police.

Samantha B. Miller, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by deception, criminal conspiracy and criminal conspiracy/retail theft. Charges were filed Oct. 9 by Butler Township police. She also waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy/retail theft, criminal conspiracy, theft by deception, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Oct. 29 by Butler Township police.

Dalton Wienand, 22, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI. The charge was filed Oct. 30 by Butler Township police.

Derek M.L. Coss, 35, of Boyers waived to court charges of DUI, registration and certificate of title required, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, a driving on roadways laned for traffic violation and a maximum speed limit violation. Charges were filed Oct. 15 by state police.

Hilary L. Knisely, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by deception and criminal conspiracy. Charges were filed Oct. 25 by Butler Township police.

Robin Grubor, 35, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and criminal trespass. Charges were filed Oct. 29 by Butler Township police.

Melissa Wampler, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of provider prohibited acts and theft by deception. Charges were filed Dec. 3 by the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.

Joseph W. McChesney, 53, of Valencia waived to court charges of sale or transfer of a firearm and unsworn falsification to authorities. Charges were filed Sept. 24 by Butler Township police.

Melinda A. Anderson, 41, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, a driving on right side of roadway violation and a driving on roadways laned for traffic violation. Charges were filed Oct. 29 by state police.

Damien A. Smith, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, harassment and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Dec. 4 by Butler Township police.

Christopher R. Thomas, 31, of McKeesport waived to court charges of sale or transfer of firearms and unsworn falsification to authorities. Charges were filed Dec. 8, 2017, by the state police and the Organized Crime Task Force.
