Mars takes bite out of Plum

Planets roll to win; Orton scores 39 in A-C Valley victory

Andrew Recchia scored 25 points as the Mars boys basketball team outlasted Plum, 78-61, Tuesday night in a section clash.

Four Planets reached double digits in the victory.

Khori Fusco added 17 points, Michael Carmody 13 and Brandon Caruso 11 for Mars (10-1, 5-0).

Plum (1-10, 1-4) got 16 points from Chase Fink.
