SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard the following cases.

Michelle A. Scott, 37, of Cabot was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving, disregarding traffic lane, limitations to driving on the left side of the road and failure to keep right. Charges were filed Oct. 15 by Middlesex Township police.

Christopher B. Carter, 31, of Irwin waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and three counts of forgery. Charges were filed Oct. 1 by Penn Township police.

Lindsay McConnell, 58, of Valencia was held for court on charges of recklessly endangering another person and harassment. Charges were filed Aug. 14 by Middlesex Township police.

Allen P. Howell, 36, of Knoxville, Tenn., waived to court charges of theft of leased property and unauthorized use of motor/other vehicles. Charges were filed Oct. 24 by Penn Township police.

Cynthia A. Geist, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, turning movements and required signals and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked. Charges were filed Oct. 4 by Middlesex Township police.

Beau W. Haynes, 37, of Brownsville waived to court charges of receiving advanced payment for services and failing to perform them, theft by deception and access device issued to another who did not authorize use. Charges were filed Aug. 21 by state police.

Nicholas S. Reyes Planas, 27, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed Aug. 30 by state police.

Paradise L. Wilson, 26, of Tarentum waived to court charges of aggravated assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and false identification to law enforcement officer. Charges were filed Nov. 18 by state police.

Christopher R. Kimble, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lane and operating a vehicle without valid inspection. Charges were filed Oct. 1 by Penn Township police.

Matthew S. Glotfelty, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lane, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving. Charges were filed Aug. 2 by state police.

John R. Angel Sr., 51, of East Pittsburgh waived to court charges of deceptive business practices, receiving advanced payment for services and failing to perform them, and theft by deception. Charges were filed Nov. 19 by state police.

Nicolas L. Reich, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment. Charges were filed Oct. 15 by state police.

Colby A. Hughes, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and improper sunscreening. Charges were filed Nov. 1 by state police.

Lucas C. Stone, 21, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of possession of marijuana and failure to keep right. Charges were filed July 18 by state police.

Samuel G. Orbin, 28, of Sarver waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance (nine counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts). Charges were filed Oct. 29 by Buffalo Township police.

Brett A. Miller, 31, of Ford City pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. The charge was filed Oct. 29 by state police.

Alvin L.B. Moore, 62, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by unlawful taking. The charge was filed Oct. 30 by Middlesex Township police.

Robert M. Merten, 38, of Butler was held for court on a charge of possession of marijuana. The charge was filed Sept. 25 by Saxonburg police.

Jeffery Manjerovic of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving. Charges were filed Sept. 7 by Middlesex Township police.

Kelly J. Elgeti, 52, of Lickingville, Pa., waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI and operating a vehicle without valid inspection. Charges were filed Oct. 22 by state police.

Alison B. Rider, 72, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving. Charges were filed Oct. 4 by Penn Township police.

Jeremy M. Carr, 29, of Kittanning was held for court on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed July 23 by state police.

Alec C. Seelbaugh, 36, of Franklin pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by unlawful taking. The charge was filed Oct. 1 by Penn Township police.

Chelsey N. Ziacik, 33, of Cabot waived to court charges of endangering the welfare of children, DUI, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving. Charges were filed Oct. 15 by state police.

Mary A. Valasek, 69, of Kittanning waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, stop sign violation and period for requiring lighted lamps. Charges were filed Oct. 12 by Saxonburg police.

Christine T. Wheelock, 56, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI. The charge was filed Nov. 18 by state police.

Charles J. Perkins, 24, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and distributing a small amount of marijuana. Charges were filed Oct. 1 by Penn Township police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O’Donnell recently heard the following cases.

Matthew K. Rickard, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, careless driving and disregarding traffic lane. Charges were filed Aug. 26 by state police.

Ontreal D. Bumpers, 31, of Erie waived to court charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Aug. 2 by state police.

Aaron M. Zitalone, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and failure to stop at a red signal. Charges were filed Sept. 2 by state police.

Kelsey B. Thoensen, 20, of New Holland waived to court charges of DUI; purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of alcohol by a minor; failure to keep right; and careless driving. Charges were filed Sept. 1 by state police.

Gabriel Lars Carl Schull, 19, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possession of marijuana, DUI, stop sign violation, careless driving and operation of a vehicle without official certificate of inspection. Charges were filed Sept. 2 by state police.

Austin T. Freeman, 22, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right and disregarding traffic lane. Charges were filed Aug. 31 by state police.

Terrence P. Bell Jr., 18, of Saint Charles, Mo., waived to court charges of DUI, stop sign violation and careless driving. Charges were filed Sept. 1 by state police.

Adrienne M. Hurd, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest and harassment. Charges were filed Oct. 13 by state police.
