SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O’Donnell recently heard the following cases.

Katie L. Faulconbridge, 34, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving. Charges were filed Oct. 9 by state police.

Mary C. Morawski, 57, of Carnegie waived to court charges of DUI and public drunkenness. Charges were filed July 26 by state police.

Justin R. Henry, 39, of Grove City waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving. Charges were filed Nov. 9 by state police.

Michael J. McAlister, 37, of Harrisville waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving. Charges were filed July 13 by state police.

Joseph E. Hinchberger, 64, of Portersville waived to court charges of DUI, failure to carry license, failure to keep right and careless driving. Charges were filed Oct. 18 by state police.

Brian J. Miller, 29, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving. Charges were filed July 18 by state police.

Russell J. Barkley, 63, of Portersville waived to court charges of possession of marijuana, simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed Nov. 26 by Slippery Rock Borough police.

Laurelai K. Nowicki, 34, of Harrisville waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving. Charges were filed Aug. 26 by state police.

Kaiden Jonathan Wade Young, 20, of Grove City waived to court charges of conspiracy to manufacture, deliver, possess with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession a controlled substance and conspiracy to possess drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Oct. 25 by Slippery Rock Borough police.

Julian G. McFadden, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of conspiracy to manufacture, deliver, possess with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession a controlled substance and conspiracy to possess drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Oct. 25 by Slippery Rock Borough police.

Sean Imler, 19, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Oct. 30 by Slippery Rock University police.

Hanna O’Donnell, 18, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Oct. 30 by Slippery Rock University police.

Nicholas A. Rocco, 21, of Erie pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge was filed Sept. 28 by state police.

Seth M. Kujawski, 20, of Erie pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge was filed Oct. 10 by state police.

Matthew A. Haefner, 41, of Parker waived to court charges of possession of marijuana and DUI. Charges were filed Aug. 30 by state police.

Madisyn R. Aeschbacher, 18, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI, inoperable headlamps, not using low beams and operation of vehicle without official certificate of inspection. Charges were filed Sept. 22 by state police.

Erik M. Bergh, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right and speeding. Charges were filed Sept. 22 by state police.

James P. Ainsworth, 58, of Beaver Falls pleaded guilty to a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities. The charge was filed July 21 by Harrisville police.

Jack H. Tulenko, 19, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and purchase, consumption or transportation of alcohol by a minor. Charges were filed Oct. 13 by state police.

Brittany A. Kitner, 36, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. Charges were filed Oct. 21 by state police.

Matthew J. Covert, 41, of Grove City waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed Oct. 11 by state police.

Phillip L. Sasse, 21, of Gibsonia was held for court on charges of recklessly endangering another person, harassment and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Nov. 6 by state police.

Barbara M. Tuttle, 44, of Prospect waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, required financial responsibility, following too closely and failing to notify police of an accident. Charges were filed Aug. 19 by state police.

Michael A. Boyd Jr., 21, of Union City waived to court charges of DUI, registration and certificate of title required and careless driving. Charges were filed Sept. 1 by state police.

Anthony M. DePaoli III, 21, of Grove City waived to court charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness. Charges were filed Sept. 28 by state police.

Cullen E. Bickham, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Oct. 9 by Slippery Rock University police.

Zantae W. Weltner, 19, of Butler waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge was filed Oct. 9 by Slippery Rock University police.

Jacey L. Brown, 20, of Beaver Falls was held for court on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of alcohol by a minor. Charges were filed Sept. 29 by Slippery Rock University police.

Nicholas W. Harmon, 19, of Genesee waived to court charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Oct. 10 by Slippery Rock University police.

Jacob Habich, 24, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of marijuana, possessing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Charges were filed Oct. 13 by Slippery Rock University police.

Michael E. Burns, 19, of New Wilmington waived to court charges of DUI, minor prohibited from operating with any alcohol in system and purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of alcohol by a minor. Charges were filed Oct. 13 by Slippery Rock Borough police.

Bryce F. Hanby, 18, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, periods for requiring lighted lamps and minor prohibited from operating with any alcohol in system. Charges were filed Aug. 30 by Slippery Rock University police.

Austin R. Montgomery, 21, of Grove City waived to court charges of terroristic threats and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Nov. 7 by state police.

Madison S. Hollins, 21, of Bellefonte waived to court charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Oct. 9 by state police.

Clarke J. Okinski, 59, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, registration and certificate of title required, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, failure to keep right, driving at unsafe speed, careless driving, failure to stop and give information or render aid and operating vehicle without valid inspection. Charges were filed June 3 by state police.

Stephen J. Willetts, 43, of Fenelton waived to court charges of DUI, failure to stop at red signal and disregarding traffic lane. Charges were filed June 18 by state police.

Michael A. Lucas, 28, of Akron, Ohio, waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lane, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving. Charges were filed Aug. 19 by state police.

Raymond J. Bordenick, 19, of Carnegie waived to court charges of DUI and operating unsafe equipment without a permit. Charges were filed Sept. 2 by state police.

Gregory M. Lutton, 49, of Corry waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving. Charges were filed Sept. 7 by state police.

Julianne Schnur, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lane, driving at unsafe speed and careless driving. Charges were filed Aug. 19 by state police.

Jonathan Charles-Pierre, 28, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, registration and certificate of title required, driving without a license, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and operating a vehicle without valid inspection. Charges were filed Sept. 10 by state police.

Jennifer A. Carson, 33, of Olmstead Falls, Ohio, was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge was filed April 11 by state police.

Anthony Congeni, 52, of Cleveland, Ohio, was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge was filed April 11 by state police.
