10:09 p.m., Saturday — David Bowser Jr., 22, of Butler struck Erich Augustine, 30, of Butler in the Looney Tunes Bar, according to police, and is charged with harassment and public drunkenness.

8:50 p.m., Friday — Shelby N. Stevens, 19, of Butler is charged with retail theft for not paying for $188.31 worth of merchandise at Walmart, police report.

9:31 p.m., Dec. 2 — Breanna McCluskey, 29, of Butler is charged with retail theft for not paying for $187.82 worth of merchandise at Walmart, police report.

1:08 p.m. Dec. 28 — Samuel Kuhn Jr., 30, of Butler is charged with simple assault and child endangerment after throwing a toaster which hit a child in the face, according to a news release. Kuhn told police he lost his temper when the child didn't clean up after Christmas celebrations.

Dec. 26 — Cody Vizi, 30, of Butler is charged with simple assault after police received a report that he had hit and thrown someone in a residence on the 200 block of Eau Claire Street, according to a news release. Police found cuts and bruises on the victim.

8:02 a.m., Dec. 26 — Christine Flak, 26, of Butler was found with drug paraphernalia and what police believe, pending lab testing, to be drugs, according to a news release. Police report that she was walking down a road and was initially arrested for an outstanding warrant.

10 p.m., Dec. 30 — William H. Barbary, 39, of Butler faces charges of terroristic threatening, resisting arrest, criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, according to a criminal complaint filed by police.

Barbary threatened to fight patrons and the bartender of the Belmont Bar in Center Township, according to a news release.

The bartender pointed him out to police in the parking lot when they arrived. He was chased around the restaurant and caught by a dumpster on the bar's corner.

The criminal complaint states that Barbary was “visibly intoxicated and reeked of an alcoholic beverage.”

It also states that Barbary admitted he had been previously banned from the bar.
