Trump's reality

The Dec. 12 letter “Stand up to Trump” was highly offensive reflecting a disconnect from reality.

The president is doing on a daily basis exactly what he declared in his campaign, which is why the Democrats and mainstream media are attacking in the most vile and vicious manner. The very content of this recent letter is a by-product of the hatred and viciousness displayed daily by Democrats and their operatives.

If attempts to get congressional Democrats to help correct the immigration laws is considered bullying, then I for one want more of the same. It is clear that you cannot have a country if you have no border.

If identifying the threats including drugs, terrorists, MS-13 and various other criminals is considered fear-mongering, then I want more of the same. As recently as 10 years ago, Clinton, Pelosi, Schumer and Obama advocated for secure borders and building walls, barriers or fences. Who is being honest in this most important discussion? Who is deceiving their voters?

Perhaps the writer needs to be introduced to people such as James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Bruce Ohr and the other 20 Justice Department top management who have left or been terminated as the extent of their abuse of power has gradually surfaced over the past two years. These people are caught in the most blatant attempt to “rig” an election ever imaginable in a country that believes in equal justice for all.

Perhaps the writer needs to understand the Obama scandals including Fast & Furious, IRS delay of conservative applications, Benghazi, Iraq pullout and ISIS, Syrian Red Line, Arab Spring and the Iran deal. He might recall national declarations such as “You can keep your doctor” and “Health Care costs will go down $2,500 in the first years.”
