EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.

Justin Ryan Kinnear, 26, of Pittsburgh waived charges of DUI. Charges were filed Oct. 30 by Jackson Township Police.

Denise M. Betton, 57, of Valencia waived charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol, DUI: incapable of driving safely, accidental damage to property and disregarding a traffic lane. Charges were filed Oct. 25 by Adams Township Police.

Robert Duan Wingard III, 44, of McDonald waived charges of theft, receiving stolen property, criminal trespass and multiple counts of harassment. Charges were filed Nov. 2 by Adams Township Police.

Paul E. Taggart, 53, of Butler waived charges of DUI: controlled substance and disregarding a traffic lane. Charges were filed Oct. 29 by Jackson Township Police.

Mitchell G. Klein, 30, of Zelienople waived charges of DUI and failure to use low beams while approaching oncoming traffic.

Michael Lemmo, 27, of Cranberry was held for court on charges of criminal use of a communication facility, possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of an instrument of crime, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Sept. 25 by Adams Township Police.

Jacob Anthony Shaffer, 20, of Cranberry Township waived charges of DUI. Charges were filed Oct. 25 by Evans City/Seven Fields Regional Police.
