Judy A. Rossi
Judy A. Rossi, 67, of North Port, Fla., formerly of West Sunbury, Slippery Rock and Adams Ridge, passed away Dec. 5 at Port Charlotte Hospice House in Port Charlotte, Fla.
She was born May 10, 1951, in Butler, and was the daughter of the late Francis “Andy” Anderson and Patricia (Young) Anderson of North Port, Fla.
Judy was a 1969 graduate of Moniteau High School and had graduated from Slippery Rock University in 1989.
She had worked as an admissions director in post secondary schools, spending 15 years of her career at ITT.
Judy loved golfing. She was known for hosting and entertaining family and guests at her many parties. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Surviving are her husband, whom she married Nov. 1, 1969, Robert Rossi of North Port, Fla.; her mother of Florida; her sister, Janet Anderson of Phoenix, Ariz.; her sons, Michael Rossi of Adams Ridge and Ryan (Ashley) Rossi of New Wilmington; and her grandchildren, Calvin, Colton, Kaileigh, Chloe, Caleb and Aleighana.
She was preceded in death by her father.
ROSSI — Friends of Judy A. Rossi, who died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018, will be received from 6 p.m. until the time of the service at 8 p.m. Friday at Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, with the Rev.
