Two sophomores led Slippery Rock's girls basketball team to a victory in its own tournament Friday night.

Maryann Ackerman scored 17 points and grabbed six rebounds and teammate Anna Kadlubek posted 16 points and dished out seven assists as the Rockets overwhelmed Keystone, 68-48.

Senior Emma McDermott added 12 points to the victory.

Case Haberstroh scored two goals and added two assists for Freeport in a 13-4 loss to unbeaten Montour recently.

Alex Colflesh added a goal and two assists, Addison Stewart a goal. Goaltender Sean Fennel assisted on a goal.
