Breth seeking seat vacated by federal appointment of Marilyn Horan
Butler Attorney Thomas E. Breth announced today he will seek the seat vacated by Judge Marilyn J. Horan on the Butler County Court of Common Pleas.
Breth, a partner with the Butler law firm of Dillon, McCandless. King, Coulter & Graham, said he came to the conclusion after much thought, which had arisen at multiple points during a legal career spanning 26 years.
“I thought this was something I ultimately aspired to,” Breth said.
