ZELIENOPLE — Connoquenessing Valley Elementary School, 300 S. Pittsburgh Street, in recognition of Veterans Day, will have a veterans’ appreciation breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Friday in the school cafeteria.

CVE students will join the veteran or active-duty soldier attending the event. Additionally, a Wall of Honor will be on display in the north lobby and CVE Cares Collection will be collecting donations for Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs throughout the week.

[naviga:h3]Craft show slated in Grove City Y[/naviga:h3]

GROVE CITY — The Grove City YMCA, 543 E. Main St. Ext. will host its Third Annual Winter Wonderland Craft Show from 12 to 5 p.m. Sunday.

There will be 100 tables of crafters and vendors. Admission is free.

There will be a basket raffle and 50/50 raffle, as well as concessions.

All proceeds will benefit the Grove City YMCA’s Youth Scholarships.
