EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.

Michael Anthony Kimmel, 25, of Meadville waived charges of DUI: controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle without proper financial responsibility, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection and improper tires. Charges were filed Sept. 19 by Jackson Township Police.

Steven Potter Ferringer, 26, of Pittsburgh waived charges of DUI: general impairment, DUI highest rate of alcohol and speeding. Charges were filed Sept. 14 by Jackson Township Police.

Christopher J. Zulick, 38, of Butler waived charges of DUI: general impairment, DUI: highest rate of alcohol, driving with BAC over .02 while license is suspended, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and no headlights. Charges were filed Sept. 8 by state police.

Theodore Edward Auth, 43, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of DUI: general impairment, DUI: highest rate of alcohol and disregarding a traffic lane. Charges were filed July 9 by state police.

Leighton James Meals, 25, of Harmony was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Aug. 27 by state police.
