CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.

Matthew J. Demart, 31, of South Park, waived to court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol, DUI: general impairment of driving safely and duties at a stop sign. Charges were filed Sept. 11 by Evans City/Seven Fields Regional police.

Robert A. Grudi Jr., 54, of Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol, DUI: general impairment of driving safely, reckless driving, disregarding a traffic lane and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed Sept. 27 by Cranberry Township police.

Manaf J. Zaghab, 24, of Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and disregarding a traffic lane. Charges were filed Sept. 5 by Cranberry Township police.

Christopher R. Williams, 32, of Cranberry Township, waived to court a charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge was filed Sept. 11 by Cranberry Township police.

John Antonich, 65, of Cranberry Township, was ordered held for court on charges of indecent assault, forcible compulsion, corruption of minors and harassment by subjecting others to physical contact. The charges were filed June 27 by Cranberry Township police.

Robert D. Caesar, 56, of Oxford, Pa., was ordered held for court on charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse person less than 16 years of age, indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age, two counts of corruption of minors, possession of an instrument of crime with intent and indecent assault of a person less than 16 years of age. Charges were filed May 8 by Cranberry Township police.

Christina R. Hansen, 41, of Conway, waived to court charges of false insurance claim, theft by deception/false impression, criminal attempt to commit theft by deception/false impression and intent to defraud insurance. Charges were filed Sept. 12 by the Office of the Attorney General.

Melissa M. Neiderer, 26, of Ellwood City, waived to court five counts of theft by deception/false impression, five counts of receiving stolen property and five counts of bad checks. Charges were filed July 19 by Cranberry Township police.

Ryan R. Fraser, 28, of Mars, waived to court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol, DUI: general impairment of driving safely and failure to keep right. Charges were filed Aug. 22 by Evans City/Seven Fields Regional police.

Jonathan A. Marino, 22, of Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely and DUI: highest rate of alcohol. Charges were filed Aug. 22 by Cranberry Township police.

Debbie L. Harriger, 47, of Freedom, waived to court a charge of theft by unlawful taking. The charge was filed Sept. 4 by Cranberry Township police.

Karin Gault, 44, of Aliquippa, waived to court charges including two counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, conspiracy to receive stolen property and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Sept. 11 by Cranberry Township police.

Corey Moore, 43, of Mercer, waived to court charges of marijuana small amount for personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: general impairment of driving safely, DUI: highest rate of alcohol, DUI: controlled substance, disregarding a traffic lane, driving at a safe speed, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed Aug. 28 by the state police.

David M. Partee, 29, of Glenshaw, waived to court two counts of forgery by altering writing, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed May 29 by Cranberry Township police.

Jonathan Trotter, 43, of Wexford, waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely, DUI: general impairment and careless driving. Charges were filed Feb. 14 by Cranberry Township police.

Adriana M. Jordan, 18, of Pittsburgh, waived to court charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, criminal attempt to manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered. Charges were filed Aug. 28 by the Office of the Attorney General.

Derek J. Scheller, 28, of Zelienople, was held for court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered. Charges were filed Aug. 22 by Cranberry Township police.

Jonathan W. Trotter, 43, of Wexford, waived to court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol, DUI: general impairment of driving safely, criminal mischief damaging property and driving without a license. Charges were filed Jan. 31 by Cranberry Township police.

Heather L. Neely, 34, Freedom, waived for court a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed Sept. 11 by Cranberry Township police.

Matthew Fleming, 43, of Cranberry Township, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely, DUI: highest rate of alcohol and careless driving. Charges were filed Sept. 6 by Cranberry Township police.

Jeff Blake, 38, of Pittsburgh, was held for court on a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed Aug. 22 by Cranberry Township police.

Jae H. Choi, 33, of Pittsburgh, was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and public drunkenness and similar misconduct. Charges were filed Oct. 15 by Cranberry Township police.

Donna M. Simmons, 57, of Pittsburgh, waived for court charges of theft of leased property and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Aug. 14 by Cranberry Township police.
