EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.

Amy Christine Montini, 42, of Butler, was held for court for charges of drunken driving. Charges were filed Aug. 13 by Evans City/Seven Fields Regional police.

Erika Dawn Steighner, 35, of Butler, waived to court charges of unlawful restraint, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, defiant trespass, harassment, and reckless driving. Charges were filed June 19 by Adams Township police.

Justin James Powers, 19, of Pittsburgh, waived to court charges of drunken driving involving a controlled substance, obscured plates, failure to notify address change, and a lane violation. Charges were filed July 19 by state police.

Teresa Sun Lim, 21, of Greenwood Village, Colo., was held for court on charges of homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, careless driving with unintentional death and limitations on driving on left side of the road. Charges were filed Sept. 10 by Lancaster Township police.
