In loving memory of my beloved Williard C. “Bud” Butler who passed away October 21, 2017.

The day “we” became “me”

Yes he was getting frail. The color on his face-pale. My love - the one who could do it all, patiently waiting for God’s call!

I surely didn’t want to let him go. Bud was my everything - did you know? Lover, husband, helpmate, best friend. Fun, fair, faithful to the end.

Dad, father, “Papster” to all seven, what a legacy to take to heaven. Each one a proud medal on his chest, to us he was the very best.

The beautiful blue eyes at rest now, time to take over Carrie but how? Faith, family, friends will show the way. God called; Bud couldn’t stay.
