[naviga:h3]Crossroads observes 4th year[/naviga:h3]

SLIPPERY ROCK — Crossroads Baptist Church will celebrate its fourth anniversary at 10 a.m. Oct. 21 with a service at the church, 302 Harmony Rd.

The event will include music by the Tom Walker family. A luncheon is also planned.

Rick Roop, pastor, said the congregation moved into its new building in December 2017 and has four southern gospel concerts per year.

[naviga:h3]Sarver church to hold free party[/naviga:h3]

SARVER — A harvest party is planned at 4 p.m. Oct. 27 at the Sarver Free Methodist Church, 509 Sarver Road.

The free event will include trick-or-treat, a hay ride, barnfire and food.
