Ron DiNicola is campaigning to become our representative in Congress for the 16th District. Night and day, we are exposed to one of the most scurrilous television campaign ads that I have seen.

As a public defender, DiNicola didn’t jump at the chance to pick this thug as a client, as Rep. Mike Kelly implies in his political ad. Kelly should know that a public defender is assigned cases to defend, whether they want to or not. It just so happens that this case was assigned to Mr. DiNicola.
