Pete and Hazel Thompson of Chicora celebrated 66 years of marriage with a family dinner.

Thompson married the former Hazel Neyman on Sept. 19, 1952, at Concord Presbyterian Church, Hooker.

They have four children, Penny Boulanger, Fawn Waller, Jason Thompson and Todd Thompson, all of Butler

They also have eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

Thompson retired from Armco.

Mrs. Thompson is a housewife.

The Thompsons are members of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
