Riders that were family, friends and strangers helped raise money Saturday at the Beer Gardin in Petrolia for Heath Schrecengost.

Schrecengost, 27, of Karns City was shot in the chest in September while at the Millterstown Inn in Chicora.

He was there celebrating his girlfriend's birthday, according to family and

friends.

The fundraiser benefits Schrecengost to help offset medical costs.
