District Judge Wayne Seibel

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel heard the following cases.

Kevin Andrew Todd, 19, of Cranberry Township waived charges of DUI: general impairment, DUI: second offense, exceeding maximum speed limit by 15 mph and purchasing alcohol as a minor. Charges were filed Aug. 28 by Jackson Township police.

Adam Easterbrook, 30, of Butler waived charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, violating vehicle equipment standards and violating restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed Aug. 29 by Adams Township police.

Daniel Jo McCall-Bellis, 31, of Gibsonia waived charges of terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed July 30 by Evans City-Seven Fields Regional police.

Michael Wesley Dienert, 31, of Renfrew waived charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed Sept. 25 by state police.

Dana Lynn Shawley, 37, of Pittsburgh waived charges of theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed May 25 by Adams Township police.

Jason David Wolfson, 40, of Zelienople waived charges of DUI: general impairment, DUI: highest rate of alcohol, failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed July 19 by state police.

John Timothy McMillin, 24, of Zelienople waived charges of disorderly conduct: engaging in fighting and public drunkenness. Charges were filed June 27 by Lancaster Township police.

Amanda Drushel, 33, of Evans City waived charges of DUI; general impairment, possession of a small amount of marijuana, disregarding a traffic lane and no rear lights. Charges were filed Aug. 9 by Jackson Township police.

James L. Peffer IV, 29, of Zelienople waived charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol, DUI: general impairment and careless driving. Charges were filed July 16 by Zelienople police.

Randy Philip Stadnik, 53, of Valencia waived charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment. Charges were filed Aug. 27 by Adams Township police.
