SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard the following cases:

Michelle A. Davies, 38, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct filed July 9 by Saxonburg police.

Dennis E. Goodwine, 43, of Butler, waived to court charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and driving without a license filed May 5 by Middlesex Township police.

Christine Banfield, 29, of Valencia waived to court a charge of endangering the welfare of children filed Feb. 21 by Middlesex Township police.

Randall A. Mackie, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving filed June 18 by Middlesex Township police.

Travis L. Claypoole, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, lane violations and careless driving filed July 2 by state police.

Carl A. Wildey, 54, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, DUI, disregarding lane and careless driving filed July 13 by state police.

Nathan J. Ford, 19, of Valencia waived to court charges of fleeing, possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, improper class of license, turning movements, careless driving, speeding, reckless driving, wrong lane and failure to yield to emergency vehicle filed May 31 by Middlesex Township police.

Joshua L. McNeil, 27, of Arnold waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia filed July 13 by state police.

Kristen E. Tirk, 32, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving filed July 17 by Middlesex Township police.

Michael T. Pintirsch, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding lane, a turning violation, careless driving and reckless driving filed July 6 by state police.

David W. Hopper, 28, of Tarentum waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI and operating or permitting operation with unsafe equipment filed July 13 by state police.

Sabrina M. Lamison, 29, of Kittanning waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and vehicle registration suspended filed July 13 by state police.

Dana N. Pfund, 30, of New Kensington waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, and disregarding lane filed April 30 by state police.

Troy S. Howard, 27, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of fleeing, failure to stop at signal, driving while privilege suspended or revoked and reckless driving filed by Middlesex Township police.

Justin D. Stunja, 29, of Tarentum was held for court on charges of theft by deception, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property filed July 17 by Middlesex Township police.

Elijah J. Simmons, 22, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of DUI, wrong lane, speeding, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, deliver/intent to deliver drug paraphernalia filed Aug. 26 by Middlesex Township police.

Cody J. White, 28, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and driver’s license suspended/revoked filed Aug. 14 by Middlesex Township police. White was also held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia charge filed Aug. 28 by Middlesex Township police.

Jeffrey J. Chittester of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, a turning violation and careless driving filed June 7 by state police.

Tyler J. Greene, 25, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, improper pass, careless driving, speeding and driving without a license filed July 13 by Buffalo Township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard the following cases:

Hannah M. Holmes, 27, of Cabot pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft and was ordered to pay $669 fines, costs and restitution. Charges were filed May 22 by Butler Township police.

Tad A. Drivere, 38, of Greenville pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay $868 fines and costs. Charges were filed July 25 by state police.

Damion Tatters, 19, of Chicora, pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and speeding and was ordered to pay $521 fine and costs. Charges were filed July 18 by Butler Township police.

Joseph Brett Knowlton, 36, of Pittsburgh, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, stop signs and yield signs and careless driving filed July 25 by state police.

Janice Rea Slage, 53, of East Butler was held for court on a retail theft charge filed June 27 by Butler Township police.

Mark E. Sheakley, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, resisting arrest, harassment and public drunkenness filed July 5 by Butler Township police.

Christa L. Banner, 39, of Butler, waived to court charges of accidents involving death/personal injury, hit and run, immediate notice of accident to police, careless driving and driving on roadways laned for traffic filed June 18 by Butler Township police.

Edward J. Schreiber, 28, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and driving on roadways laned for traffic filed April 23 by Butler Township police.

Keith P. Reges, 31, of Tarentum, waived to court charges of theft from a vehicle, defiant trespass and loitering and prowling at night filed May 11 by Butler Township police.

William E. Hollefreund, 49, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, a lighting violation and driving on roadways laned for traffic filed July 1 by Butler Township police.

Brandie D. Blystone, 27, of Karns City waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy filed June 11 by Butler Township police.

Edwin E. Carter, 48, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and registration and certificate of title required filed July 7 by Butler Township police.
