EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel heard the following cases:

Thomas M. Hewitt, 36, of Washington, Pa., was held for court on charges of bad checks. Charges were filed June 15 by Jackson Township Police.

Paul William Mosberger, 45, of Evans City, was held for court on charges of burglary, criminal trespass and criminal attempt: theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed Dec. 7 by state police.

Nathan J. Baysek, 42, of Allison Park, waived to court charges of reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Aug. 21 by Zelienople Police.

Heidi Lynn Geroff, 46, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, theft and failure to keep records as required. Charges were filed July 30 by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.

James Harold Bailey, 45, of New Brighton, waived to court charges of DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle. Charges were filed July 11 by Zelienople Police.
