SLIPPERY ROCK — Slippery Rock University defensive end Chad Kuhn and kicker Jake Chapla have been named PSAC West Defensive Athlete and Special Teams Athlete of the Week.

Kuhn tied a Rock record with 4.5 sacks in a 57-10 win at Millersville. He also forced a fumble and had six tackles.

Chapla booted field goals of 50 and 33 yards and was 7-for-7 on PATs in the same game.

SLIPPERY ROCK — Slippery Rock University freshman goalkeeper Emma Yoder has been named PSAC Women’s Soccer Athlete of the Week.

Yoder recorded her first career shutout in a 1-0 win over Clarion, then earned a 1-0 win at Walsh.
