Sept. 16 — Police say charges will be filed against Regis Bartel, 33, no address given, after Bartel was involved in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Protzman and Herman Roads in Summit Township.

Bartel “was under the influence of alcohol at the time,” according to a police report.

10 a.m. Sept. 14 — Someone entered a home on North Road in Franklin Township through an unlocked door while the owner was sleeping and took about $1,000 worth of medication, police said.

5:13 p.m. Sept. 12 — Police charged Heather Ann Kuhrt, 34, and Amy Marie Schiebel, 39, both of Butler, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, after an unspecified incident on Villa Drive.

[naviga:h3]State Police, Clarion[/naviga:h3]

9:39 p.m. Sept. 1 — Two people were transported to Butler Memorial Hospital for suspected minor injuries after a farm utility vehicle rolled off Hillville Road in Clarion County.

Four people were riding the vehicle. The driver, Tracy J. Neupert, 46, and one passenger, Samantha Wyant, 24, are Butler residents. Wyant was one of the two taken in an ambulance.

The other two passengers were Kevin Wyant, 47, and Michell McCord, 48, both of Parker. McCord was also taken in the ambulance.

Police report that the four were waiting for passing traffic in a 2018 RZR 900 S4 on Hillville Road when dirt on the roadside gave way, causing the UTV to slide off the road and roll 15 feet into a tree.
