EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel heard the following cases.

Charles Paul Dangelo III, 48, of Phoenix, Ariz., waived charges of DUI: general impairment, DUI: highest rate of alcohol and disregarding a traffic lane. Charges were filed June 26 by Jackson Township Police.

Steven P. Green, 58, of Fombell waived charges of DUI: general impairment and DUI: highest rate of alcohol. Charges were filed June 7 by Jackson Township Police.

Robert George McCullar, 55, of Bellevue waived charges of terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Aug. 16 by Evans City/Seven Fields Regional Police.

Brittany Amber Eyrich, 31, of Fombell waived charges of DUI: controlled substance and speeding. Charges were filed Aug. 3 by Jackson Township Police.

Tyler L. Hockenberry, 34, of Harmony waived charges of strangulation and harassment. Charges were filed Oct. 16, 2017 by state police.

Daniel John Dimond, 47, of Mars waived charges of firearms not to be carried without a license, DUI, and illegal use of license plate. Charges were filed Sept. 2 by Adams Township Police.

Michael Anthony Bauer, 32, of Zelienople waived charges of DUI, highest rate of alcohol and DUI: general impairment and careless driving. Charges were filed Aug. 24 by Zelienople Police.

Christon Margaret Little, 32, of Valencia waived charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment. Charges were filed July 25 by Adams Township Police.

Joshua Jennings Space, 26, of Butler waived four charges of theft from a motor vehicle, two charges of burglary and one charge of receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Sept. 5 by state police.
