McNulty, Bartos pace Raiders

Both shoot 37 in SV golf win

Ryan Bartos and Mark McNulty both managed a 37 Thursday at Shannopin Country Club as Seneca Valley's boys golf team easily defeated North Hills, 193-234.

Also shooting sub-40 for the Raiders (4-1, 3-1) were Zach Brown with a 38 and Todd Hangliter with a 39.

KSAC MegaMatch — Moniteau's Ethan McDeavitt and Tyler McFadden both carded a 45 to lead the Warriors to a second-place finish at Hunter's Station Golf Course in Forest County.

Moniteau finished with 246 strokes, behind only Clarion-Limestone's 238.

Karns City placed fifth out of nine teams with a score of 280. Justin Patton paced the Gremlins with a 48.

Girls Golf

Paige Scott and Maggie Feczko both shot a 40 to lead Butler to a 178-204 victory over Shady Side Academy.

Girls Tennis

Butler swept a meeting with North Hills on Wednesday, with Reagan Sommariva, Lexi Chappel and Sydney Hanratty winning their singles matches.

Doubles play was won by Butler's duos of Caroline Simms/Natalie Cherry and Caravel Losch/Aubrie Cavaliero.
