Meet Jasmine and Kitty, the pets of the month for August at the Butler County Humane Society.
Jasmine is an eight-year-old boxer mix with a charming and alluring smile, not to mention a mind of her own. Sadly, Jasmine's taken up residence at the Butler County Humane Society for the second time after being adopted for several years. Jasmine is a very gentle-natured, enduring pup who knows what she wants -- a patient, kind-hearted family who will provide her with the love and encouragement she needs to be more at ease meeting new people. Jasmine patiently awaits a warm-hearted home with a devoted family that has children over the age of 15 and no other pets. If you're looking for a forever friend who will always be by your side, Jasmine is the dog for you.
Kitty joined the Butler County Humane Society after being picked up as a stray cat. She's very pleasant, tranquil and enjoys relaxing in her comfy cat bed. Kitty is very independent and keen to let you know when she's in the mood to snuggle. Like Jasmine, she needs to be the only pet in her house and she needs a home with older children. She's playful and she craves attention, she especially loves to be brushed. Kitty hopes her new owner will arrive soon at the Butler County Humane Society.
