CRANBERRY TWP - North Boundary Road in the township opened to traffic Monday afternoon.
The road had been closed since earlier this summer as part of a reconstruction project aimed at widening and removing dips within the road.
According to an alert from the township, the road reopened just after 5:30 p.m. Monday. The speed limit is set at 25 mph, with drivers being urged to use caution as flaggers will be in place as the remainder of work is completed.
That work includes the construction of concrete islands, final paving, guiderail installation, an asphalt trail and restoration.
