Area man sought for drug sales

ZELIENOPLE — An Armstrong County man is wanted on charges he sold marijuana to a police informant last year.

Zelienople police last week obtained an arrest warrant for Logan J. Cahall, 22, of Kittanning stemming from the alleged drug deal Nov. 7 at a South Main Street gas station, where he worked at the time.

Police said an informant on Nov. 6, 2017, told them Cahall was selling marijuana while employed at the gas station and convenience store on Route 19 in Jackson Township, according to court documents.

The next day, the informant contacted Cahall by cell phone, and Cahall agreed to sell the informant an ounce of marijuana for $80, police said.

The alleged deal happened outside the gas station while police conducted surveillance.

Cahall is charged with felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.

He also is charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
