The Diehl Automotive concert series continues Fridays through Aug. 31 on the Butler Health System Stage at the intersection of Main and Locust streets downtown. Playing Friday will be Shag Dog Melon Head. Admission is free. Food and beverages are available.

The bands This Is the World, Anger the Ant, The Highland Brothers and The Jentz will perform as part of the Pullman Park concert series “Music from the Mound” on Saturday. A car cruise and concessions are also planned. Gates open at 5 p.m. Tickets are $10.

There will be no Butler County Symphony Association lunchtime concert on Friday this week.

The Harmony Borough Summer Concert Series will conclude with the John Burgh Band at 7 p.m. Aug. 9 in the town square. Attendees should take seating. Call Harmony borough office at 724-452-6780.

Musicians’ Concert Band will conclude its summer season with a show featuring the swing music of the Gibbons Big Band at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Butler Intermediate High School. Jeff Kroner is the director and conductor. Admission is $5. Visit www.musiciansconcertband.com.

Gazebo Concerts begin at noon on the front lawn of the Municipal Center in Cranberry Township and will feature Rock Jazz on Friday and Win Duo on Aug. 10. Call 724-779-4386.

Concordia summer concerts at its Haven Apartments will feature the Benny Benack Quartet on Aug. 12 on the Haven 2 Patio, 148 Marwood Road, Cabot, weather permitting. Reservations are preferred, but not required. Call 724-352-1571, Ext. 8518.
